B2B Marketing + CRM, Built by Industry Veterans
Most B2B teams run 8–12 disconnected vendors. We run your campaigns and build the CRM that captures them — one partner, one contract, one revenue system.
Modern B2B Revenue Is a Patchwork
A data vendor, an ABM tool, an agency, an SDR firm, an attribution tool, a RevOps freelancer. Each does adequate work. The revenue leaks between them.
Fragmentation
Eight to twelve vendors on separate contracts. Your team manages suppliers instead of building revenue.
Data Ownership
Your buyer data lives in someone else's tool. When the contract ends, the intelligence leaves with it.
No Accountability
When a quarter misses, every vendor points at another. Nobody owns the outcome.
What Is FlairLytics?
FlairLytics is a B2B marketing and revenue operations agency that runs demand programmes and builds the CRM systems that capture them.
We operate as one accountable partner across the full funnel — strategy, discovery, demand, pipeline and operations — rather than a point-solution vendor.
Three things make that work: a proprietary B2B contact database, a combined marketing and CRM practice, and a team whose members have built revenue functions at some of the largest companies in the world.
Clients span enterprise, mid-enterprise and funded startups across SaaS, IT services, FinTech, manufacturing, healthcare and logistics. Every engagement is reported against qualified pipeline — never impressions.
Talk to UsA Team That Has Done This at Scale
FlairLytics was built by people who spent 15+ years running marketing, demand and revenue operations inside some of the largest technology and services companies in the world — then did it again for startups with nothing but a product and a target.
Company names reflect the professional backgrounds of FlairLytics team members. They are not current clients and imply no endorsement or partnership.
Enterprise
Wide buying committees, procurement and security review, multi-market programmes. We have run these from the inside and know where they stall.
Mid-Enterprise
Growing fast, under-resourced in RevOps, and usually one broken handoff away from a much better number. Our most common engagement.
Startups
Finding the ICP, proving a channel, building a first repeatable motion. We say plainly when it is too early for a given service.
Five Practices. One Revenue Engine.

Frequently Asked Questions
FlairLytics runs B2B marketing programmes and builds the CRM and revenue operations systems that capture them. That combination is the unusual part — most agencies run campaigns and refer CRM work out, while most CRM consultancies do not run demand programmes. Doing both under one contract removes the data gap where B2B pipeline usually leaks.
Practitioners with 15+ years building B2B revenue functions, with professional backgrounds at companies including Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Accenture, Directi (Media.net), ANZ, StarHub and Telstra. That experience spans enterprise programmes with wide buying committees and startup motions where the first repeatable channel still needs proving. Those company names reflect team members' professional backgrounds and are not current clients.
SEO gets your page ranked in a list of links on Google or Bing. AEO gets your content extracted into an AI-generated summary such as Google AI Overviews or a Perplexity answer, where the buyer may never click through. GEO makes an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude name your brand when a user asks for a recommendation. Ranking first on Google does not mean an assistant will recommend you.
GTM strategy answers which market you enter and how you reach it — ICP definition, market sizing, channel mix and launch sequencing. Product marketing answers how a specific product is positioned, priced, packaged and sold once you are in that market. Most teams need both, and they are frequently confused because one person often owns them at smaller companies.
First results typically appear within 30 days and a functioning pipeline engine within 90. Discovery runs in weeks 1–2, architecture in weeks 3–4, activation in weeks 5–8 and optimisation in weeks 9–12. Outbound and content syndication produce signal fastest, while SEO, AEO, GEO and brand programmes compound over three to six months.
Three concrete differences. We own a proprietary B2B contact database, so targeting does not depend on renting third-party tools per campaign. We implement and run CRM systems across HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Odoo rather than referring that work out. And we run a dedicated AEO and GEO practice, which almost no generalist agency currently does at any depth.
Any of the our capabilities can be deployed standalone. Many clients start with one — a CRM implementation, a content syndication programme, a GEO audit, a product launch — and expand once the first proves out. The services compound when combined, but nothing requires buying the full stack up front.
Four: HubSpot for inbound-led GTM and fast-moving mid-market teams, Salesforce for enterprise CRM and complex sales motions, Zoho as a cost-effective full-suite option for SMB, and Odoo where open-source ERP plus CRM with deep operational requirements makes sense. We recommend based on your sales motion and budget, not on partner commissions.
Yes. FlairLytics has presence across India, the USA and the UAE, and runs campaigns targeting buyers in 190+ countries. Delivery is structured so North American, European and APAC business hours are all covered, and campaigns are localised for language and regional compliance rather than translated and reposted.
You do, entirely. CRM instances, ad accounts, automation workflows, landing pages, creative files and dashboards are created in your name and remain yours if the engagement ends. Data ownership is one of the three problems we exist to solve, so holding client assets in agency accounts would be a contradiction.
Our deepest experience is in SaaS and technology, IT and managed services, FinTech and B2B payments, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, and logistics and supply chain. The common thread is a considered purchase with multiple stakeholders and a definable ICP, which is where our database and ABM capability produce the most leverage.
Statistics on this page are drawn from FlairLytics client engagements and the live database index. Database counts, benchmarks and timelines are reviewed quarterly.
